Phase 1: Onboarding

Getting to know you and your project to ensure we’re the right fit.

  • Initial Phone Consult: A quick introductory call to learn the basic scope of your project.

  • In-Home Consultation: If we seem like a good match, we’ll schedule a complimentary, no-pressure site visit to walk your space, listen to your vision, and discuss your needs in detail.

  • Project Proposal & DSA: You'll receive a custom proposal and Design Services Agreement (DSA), outlining the scope, fees, and protective standards that keep your project on track.

  • Contract & Kickoff: With your signed DSA, we’ll invoice for 50% of the design fee and schedule a site visit to gather comprehensive measurements and issue your project questionnaire.

Phase 2: Design & Development

Where the vision becomes tangible through thoughtful planning and creative clarity.

  • Conceptual Design: We begin by measuring the space, confirming the scope, and hosting a Trade Day for estimates from our trusted contractors.

  • Concept Design Meeting: Our first presentation translates your vision into a curated direction—floor plans, color palettes, inspiration boards, and initial selections.

  • Detailed Design: We refine all selections based on your feedback, provide accurate quotes, and prepare your Furnishing Investment Estimate (FIE).

  • Final Design Meeting: We present the full design package, including layout, selections, and budget, for your approval before moving into procurement.

Phase 3: Purchasing & Execution

Turning plans into reality through detailed coordination and expert oversight.

  • Furnishing Investment: Once you approve the FIE, we’ll invoice for 100% of the furnishings, materials, and accessories.

  • Procurement & Construction: With payment received, we begin ordering and scheduling with our licensed contractors and trusted trades.

Phase 4: Project Management & Closeout

The final stretch—where logistics are aligned, details are perfected, and the vision becomes reality.

  • Project Management: We oversee all ordering, site visits, and implementation to ensure each item arrives on time and in pristine condition.

  • Installation: Every piece is delivered and placed to transform your space.

  • Final Walkthrough: Together, we review the design in-person, ensuring every detail meets our shared standard.

  • The Big Reveal: Welcome to your newly completed sanctuary.
