  • Project Proposal & Agreement: You'll receive a custom proposal and Design Services Agreement (DSA), outlining the scope, investment, and clear standards that keep your project on track.

  • Contract & Kickoff:Upon signing the DSA and submitting the initial design retainer, we schedule a comprehensive site measurement day and issue your detailed project questionnaire.

Phase 2: Design & Development

Where the vision becomes tangible through thoughtful planning and creative clarity.

  • Conceptual Design: We confirm precise spatial dimensions and coordinate a dedicated Trade Day for precise estimates from our trusted contractor partners.

  • Concept Design Meeting: Our first presentation translates your vision into a curated direction—floor plans, color palettes, inspiration boards, and initial selections.

  • Detailed Design: We finalize all selections based on your feedback, source exact quotes, and prepare your Furnishing Investment Estimate (FIE).

  • Final Design Meeting: We present the complete design package—including layout, materials, and final budget—for your approval before procurement begins.

Phase 3: Purchasing & Execution

Turning plans into reality through meticulous coordination and trade oversight.

  • Furnishing Investment: Upon approval of your FIE, we invoice for the furnishings, materials, and custom elements.

  • Procurement & Construction: With orders placed, we manage tracking, logistics, and scheduling alongside our licensed trade professionals

Phase 4: Project Management & Closeout

Where logistics align, details are perfected, and your space comes to life.

  • Project Management: We oversee order tracking, job-site visits, and field execution to ensure every element arrives on time and in pristine condition.

  • Installation: White-glove delivery, placement, and final styling transform your house into a cohesive home.

  • Final Walkthrough: Together, we review the completed design in-person to ensure every single detail meets our shared standard.
