The goal was to transform the dated environment into a sophisticated, collaborative hub that attracts high-end agents and provides a superior experience for their clientele.

The DOMICILIO Solution: We replaced everything, ensuring the design communicated refined elegance from the ceiling down to the floors. The transformation focused on neutral luxury and high-impact materials:

• Reception Area: The design centers on a stunning, marble-look porcelain slab wall that establishes an immediate sense of grandeur. The light wood flooring is laid in a herringbone pattern to instantly draw the eye and provide textural interest.

• Agent Amenities: We prioritized functionality by replacing the large training room and adding a new catering kitchen. Throughout the space, we incorporated comfortable, collaborative "touch-down" zones and private meeting rooms (separated by glass for natural light).
